What we are looking for

Aurora hires talented people with diverse backgrounds who are ready to help build a transportation ecosystem that will make our roads safer, get crucial goods where they need to go, and make mobility more efficient and accessible for all.

The Supply Chain Process & Analytics Manager will be a key leader responsible for driving operational excellence for the newly integrated Global Purchasing and Supply Chain (GPSC) organization. This role will focus on assessing process effectiveness, establishing a robust data-driven culture through advanced dashboards, and leading cross-functional improvements. This role will transition our rapidly scaling organization from manual workflows to a high-performance, automated powerhouse. You will be the architect of the supply chain processes, owning the organizational “Playbook” and acting as the primary business stakeholder for critical system enhancements, ensuring all processes are scalable and SOX-compliant.

In this role you will

Process Documentation & Maintenance: Own design and maintenance of the GPSC “Playbook” by conducting regular assessments of purchasing and supply chain workflows to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks. Ensure all SOPs, process maps, and policy documentations are scalable, data-driven, and audit-ready.

  • KPI & Dashboard Ownership: Design and automated deployment of real-time dashboards and KPI metrics to ensure a “Single Source of Truth” that transitions the organization from reactive reporting to proactive, actionable insights for leadership.
  • System Transformation & Automation: Serve as the lead business stakeholder for ERP enhancements, defining functional requirements and driving automation to eliminate manual reporting and close process gaps.
  • Cross-Functional Optimization: Identify and resolve process bottlenecks by executing process improvements that reduce manual data entry and streamline information flow between teams.
  • Digital Innovation: Proactively identify and integrate emerging technologies, including AI-based tools, to enhance business processes, predictive reporting, and overall organizational efficiency.
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience driving supply chain process optimization and design, specifically within high-growth technology or manufacturing industries.
  • 4+ years of experience in business process mapping (ie. Lucidchart, Visio, Miro) within a hardware environment.
  • Mastery of ERP (ie. NetSuite) and P2P (ie. Coupa) platforms.
  • Proficient in SQL/Python and data visualization tools (ie. Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Mode).
  • Practical experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement frameworks to supply chain workflows.
  • Exceptional ability to map information flow with upstream/downstream impacts and manage the relationship between multiple cross-functional systems and tools
Desirable qualifications
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field
  • Six Sigma Certification
  • Experience across multiple supply chain domains
  • Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions
  • Forward-thinking approach and tenacity to anticipate risks/opportunities and proactively drive towards the desired outcomes
