Ideal candidates are recent graduates or in the third or fourth year of an ABET-accredited college studying process optimization; the role focuses on identifying bottlenecks, proposing improvements, and supporting documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ college experience in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Analysis.
• Proficient with MS Office and AI tools including creation of spreadsheets, macros, databases, generative web development, and data mining.
• Ability to interpret and navigate aircraft manuals, project tracking software, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Automate processes using software and/or AI.
• Accurately research current processes and map them.
• Proactively work with teams to understand current processes.
• Recommend Process improvements to current system.
• Write Standard Operating Procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
