Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of supply chain experience in the manufacturing industry
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Hands-on IQMS ERP system experience
• Analytical and problem-solving capability

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Master Production Schedule, shipping/receiving, and the warehouse
• Manage and lead a team by driving optimal performance expectations
• Collaborate cross-functionally which includes the engineering, sales, and marketing teams on products and services
• Manage inventory controls which includes phase in/phase out, ensuring efficient levels, and cycle counts
• Provide innovation and guidance on standardized processes systems to ensure production improvements
• Create purchase orders, manage delivery and quality issues, and participate in vendor audits
