Job summary

PTi seeks a results-driven Supply Chain Coordinator to optimize the flow of materials from procurement to disposition. You will coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and distribution to ensure timely material availability and healthy workflows.

The role requires at least three years in supply, strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to obtain security clearance or CAC within 30 days if needed. A US driver license and Bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in supply
• Must read/write English and comprehend instructions, perform math tasks, communicate effectively
• Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
• Must possess or be able to obtain security clearance or CAC within 30 days if required
• Valid US driver’s license
• Preferred: Military experience

Responsibilities

• Fulfill material requirements for volume, cost, and scheduling operations
• Use MRPs, production schedules, and inventory data to maintain material flow
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and distribution to manage workflows
• Monitor operations, troubleshoot roadblocks, and expedite material availability
• Track/inventory levels and develop reports/dashboards for material management
• Adhere to government, contract, and company policies
• Use email to disseminate workload tasks and information
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment
• Support Safety, Environmental, and Security Programs and QA initiatives
• Perform duties per Management and Contract Compliance Plan
• Assist with process/workflow creation, updates, training, and reporting
