Qualificações

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Analytics, or a related field, graduating Spring 2027–Spring 2028.
• Excited to work in person at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX, with Mon–Thu onsite and Fri remote.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to communicate findings and recommendations clearly.
• Able to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Curious about how global supply chains operate.
• Interest in fashion, consumer products, retail, or global business is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support Planning and Merchandising with product, sales, and inventory analysis.
• Distribute, allocate, and replenish product to stores to maximize sales.
• Analyze sales trends, product performance, and inventory levels.
• Monitor product availability across stores and identify improvement opportunities.
• Generate reports including style-selling and sell-through analyses.
• Assist with assortment planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business recaps for cross‑functional partners.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, Commercial, and others.
• Support seasonal planning processes and key business initiatives.
• Assist with special projects to improve product performance and inventory productivity.
• Partner with a mentor for guidance and development.
• Participate in workshops, lunch & learns, and panel discussions.
• Present a capstone project to Fossil leadership at program end.
• Bring curiosity and fresh perspectives to team projects.
