Fossil Group in Richardson, TX invites motivated students for a 10-week paid internship (Summer 2027). You will work with Planning and Merchandising on product, sales, and inventory analysis, including reporting and cross-functional collaboration.

On-site Monday–Thursday with Friday remote work. Bring strong analytical skills, comfort with Excel, and a passion for fashion, consumer products, or merchandising.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree; graduating Spring 2027–Spring 2028.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support Planning and Merchandising with product, sales, and inventory analysis.
• Distribute, allocate, and replenish product to stores to maximize sales and inventory objectives.
• Analyze sales trends, product performance and inventory levels.
• Monitor product availability across stores and identify opportunities to improve flow.
• Generate and analyze reports (style-selling, sell-through) to support objectives.
• Assist with assortment planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business recaps for cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, Commercial and other teams.
• Support seasonal planning and key business initiatives.
• Assist with special projects to improve product performance and inventory productivity.
