Job summary

Fossil Group invites motivated students to join a 10-week Summer 2027 internship in Richardson, TX. On-site Monday–Thursday with a remote Friday option, you’ll work on planning, merchandising, and inventory analytics, delivering real-world projects and insights.

You’ll be mentored by experienced professionals, participate in workshops, and gain exposure to fashion and consumer products industries while building critical analytics and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Analytics, or related field, graduating Spring 2027–Spring 2028
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear communication of findings and recommendations
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Curious about how global supply chains operate
• Interest in fashion, consumer products, retail, or global business is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support Planning and Merchandising teams with product, sales, and inventory analysis
• Distribute, allocate, and replenish product to stores to maximize sales and support inventory objectives
• Assist with sales trends, product performance, and inventory levels analysis
• Monitor product availability and inventory levels across stores and identify opportunities to improve product flow
• Generate and analyze reports, including style-selling and sell-through analysis
• Analyze sales, inventory, and product performance to identify trends and opportunities
• Assist with assortment planning, forecasting, and inventory management activities
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and business recaps for cross-functional partners
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams
• Support seasonal planning processes and key business initiatives
• Assist with special projects to improve product performance and inventory productivity
• Partner with a dedicated mentor for professional guidance and development
• Participate in workshops, lunch & learns, and panel discussions
• Present a capstone project to Fossil leadership at the end of the program
• Bring curiosity, analytical thinking, and fresh perspectives to team projects
