Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support inventory optimization, cost analyses, and supplier coordination. The role focuses on improving inventory turns, warehouse utilization, and on-time delivery while developing foundational supply chain skills.

Opportunities exist to progress into more senior coordinator roles within 1–3 years. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement replenishment strategies and lead lean initiatives, with exposure to surplus and obsolete

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited university with a 4 year degree or higher within the last TWO years or with a Future graduation date by May 2027.
• Experience in supply chain, inventory management, and warehouse optimization preferred.
• Strong decision making, MRP knowledge, and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with objectives.
• Lead inventory and warehouse optimization initiatives to improve capacity and performance.
• Identify and implement pull replenishment and Lean initiatives.
• Support lead time alignment and supplier collaboration to reduce excess inventory.
