Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field with 3+ years of supply chain experience; Master's degree with 2+ years.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or supply chain experience as a Business Analyst.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute supply plans, forecasts, capacity models, and inventory strategies.
• Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Conduct scenario planning and evaluate supply-demand tradeoffs for decisions.
• Monitor inventory health and resolve issues related to levels and flow.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, operations, and suppliers for seamless execution.
• Support capacity planning to align capabilities with demand and strategy.
• Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis to optimize balance under constraints.
• Drive issue resolution and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance planning processes and tools.
