Job summary

Amazon's OpsTech Solutions - Supply Chain (OTS-SC) seeks a Supply Chain Mgr in Nashville to own end-to-end planning for IT hardware from demand to production, ensuring OTIF deployment.

You will build forecasting models, automate planning tools, and collaborate with procurement, deployment, data engineering, and finance to align roadmaps with business goals, using PowerBI/Redshift and AI/ML where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Advanced Excel and SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain planning across demand, supply, and production scheduling to ensure OTIF delivery.
• Translate demand signals into executable plans with procurement and deployment teams.
• Develop data-driven forecasting models integrating historical trends and constraints.
• Mitigate planning risks through scenario planning and cross-functional alignment.
• Lead the development of planning tools and dashboards to improve forecast accuracy and inventory visibility.
• Collaborate with data engineering, software, and analytics to integrate ERP and procurement systems.
• Drive planning tools and dashboards using Redshift, PowerBI, Quicksight, or Tableau.
• Apply AI/ML to enhance forecast accuracy and anomaly detection.
