Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years defining and implementing data-driven process improvements.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced schedule.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain planning across demand, supply, and production.
• Translate demand signals into executable plans with procurement and deployment teams.
• Develop data-driven forecasting models using historical trends and constraints.
• Identify and mitigate planning risks through scenario planning and cross-functional alignment.
• Lead development of planning tools to improve forecast accuracy and inventory visibility.
• Serve as product owner for key supply chain systems and define roadmaps.
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to build scalable solutions.
• Develop dashboards for real-time visibility using Redshift, PowerBI, or Tableau.
• Apply AI/ML to enhance forecasting and anomaly detection; reduce manual work.
• Conduct user testing and iterate on tools to maximize adoption and impact.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Finance, and Engineering to align tool development with business goals.
• Monitor KPIs like forecast accuracy, fill rate, and inventory turns; report findings in reviews.
