Job Description:Title: Supply Chain Planner IILocation: Greenville, OH
Duration: 0 – 12+ Month
Shift: 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Pay: $33.00 HourMain Responsibilities & Duties:- Develop Master Production Plans and finite schedules to support inventory targets, customer service goals, and manufacturing efficiency
- Use capacity planning tools to ensure valid and achievable schedules
- Monitor orders, stock status, and MRP exception messages in SAP to ensure timely availability of materials
- Review and manage schedule change requests to support production
- Identify and resolve demand/supply imbalances by collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Production, and Customer Service
- Manage inventory levels across the supply chain to minimize off-spec inventory and meet organizational goals
- Recommend and manage the disposition of returned, damaged, aged, or off-spec inventory
- Set targets for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monitor results, and take actions for continuous improvement
- Act as the main contact for raw material-related non-conformances and lead investigation and resolution efforts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Corporate Purchasing, IT, and other departments to enhance supply chain performance
- Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by preparing data, updating KPIs, and representing supply planning in monthly meetings
- Identify and implement improvements in raw material planning processes, policies, and procedures
- Understand and adhere to safety requirements, including emergency planning and process safety rules
Primary EHS Responsibilities:- Promote a safe working environment and ensure all employees follow safety practices
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Enforce adherence to company physical and medical program standards
- Report all accidents and incidents promptly in the accident reporting system
- Adhere to all documented Quality policies and procedures in alignment with the Quality system
Qualifications:- 100% onsite position
- No additional medical exams other than drug screening
Minimum Education and Other Requirements:- BA/BS degree in Business, Logistics, or equivalent related experience
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in supply chain planning, particularly in a multi-channel environment
- Strong leadership and change management abilities
- Working knowledge of Supply Chain Management concepts
- Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic self-starter
- Ability to work independently under general supervision
- Highly effective data analysis skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong SAP skills
- APICS CPIM or CIRM certification preferred
