Job summary

Master Builders Solutions Admixtures US is seeking a Supply Chain Planner I in Beachwood, OH. This full-time role supports planning for raw materials, finished goods, and inventory across plants, warehouses, and distribution locations.

You will manage MRP parameters, translate demand into procurement and production requirements, and work closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Customer Service to balance supply with demand and inventory goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years in supply chain, logistics, or planning is preferred.
• Manufacturing or distribution experience is a plus.
• Experience with SAP or ERP/MRP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage material requirements planning for plants, warehouses, and products.
• Maintain SAP planning parameters including lead times and reorder points.
• Translate demand into production, purchasing, and inventory requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and address shortages or excess stock.
• Coordinate replenishment between plants and warehouses.
• Collaborate with Procurement to ensure material availability.
• Align production schedules with demand and capacity.
• Identify supply constraints and develop alternatives.
• Review forecasts and inventory positions for planning issues.
• Support new product introductions and product lifecycle changes.
• Investigate planning discrepancies and root causes in data and processes.
• Support reductions in excess and obsolete inventory and improve DIO.
• Participate in inventory reviews and KPI reporting.
• Communicate constraints and changing priorities to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate planning data and provide KPI reporting.
• Contribute to supply chain improvement projects.
