Job description

Are you a detail-driven planner who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment? Shaklee is looking for a Supply Chain Planner to join our Operations team and help keep our world-class nutrition, personal care, and household products flowing to customers around the globe.

You'll own the full production planning and purchase order lifecycle for your assigned categories — partnering closely with contract manufacturers, Sourcing, Marketing, and international market teams to ensure product availability, minimize backorders, and protect our inventory health.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Develop and execute production plans and purchase orders to support domestic and international demand
• Monitor supply and demand signals and adjust plans proactively to prevent stockouts and excess inventory
• Manage item master data, BOMs, DRP relationships, and planning parameters in NetSuite
• Support S&OP processes with accurate inventory and supply data
• Serve as the primary planning contact for assigned contract manufacturers
• Partner with Sourcing, Marketing, and Product Development on new launches, promotions, and transitions
• Identify and elevate supply risks before they impact customers
• Maintain planning dashboards and standard reports
• Other related duties, as required and assigned

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
