BAS - Global Supply Chain

Job Title/High Level Position Summary:

Manages brand-specific finished goods global inventory health for assigned product families. This includes monitoring finished goods inventory reports, balancing finished goods inventory, as well as managing relationships and meeting on a weekly basis with upstream (Supply Planning) and downstream (Marketing) partners for the following communication: current back-order recovery, future inventory risks, trade-off prioritization strategies, and excess inventory opportunities.

Learns to use professional concepts, applications of basic principles, and theories. Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures. Normally receives detailed instructions on most work. Typically requires a degree and no previous professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Monitor finished goods inventory reports for assigned products.

  • Balance finished goods inventory across the global supply chain network.

  • Participate in weekly meetings with Supply Planning and Marketing partners to provide transparency of supply constraints, backorder recovery, and inventory risks.

  • Learn and apply professional concepts to support basic supply chain processes.

  • Provide visibility to backorder status and excess inventory opportunities.

  • Collaborate with supply planning partners on escalations and supply health concerns.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, or a similar functioning role
• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Planner, with expertise in Supply Planning/Master Scheduling or Network Planning.
• Experience with advanced supply chain planning tools such as Kinaxis, SAP, or equivalent systems.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools such as Excel and PowerBI, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, lookup, and scenario analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Required to be in office 3 days week in the Enovis Lewisville headquarters.

Travel Requirements:

Desired Characteristics:

• • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or related field required.

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.

  • Familiarity with ERP or Advanced Planning Toolsis a plus, but not required.

  • No previous professional experience required.
