Job summary

The Integration Group is seeking a Supply Management Specialist to oversee daily supply chain operations from materials to finished goods. You will implement procurement, inventory management, and logistics best practices to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include forecasting, supplier negotiation, BOM management, and supporting customer order status. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a technical or business-related role and strong MS Office and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply management, business, accounting, IT or 5+ years’ related experience.
• Strong forecasting, procurement, inventory and cost management knowledge.
• Experience with MS Office suite and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations of the supply chain from raw materials to finished goods.
• Implement procurement, inventory management, and logistics best practices.
• Forecast based on historical and anticipated sales; place purchase orders with lead times.
• Negotiate prices and expediting with suppliers; ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Manage BOMs and work orders for kitting and assembly as needed.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and support customer order status updates.
