Overview

This position plays a vital role in the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by establishing and maintaining Onboarding Standards for Warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

  1. Onboarding new hires
  2. Hiring warehouse employees
  3. Implementing process improvements to enhance performance and hiring standards
  4. Utilizing visual factory concepts to optimize onboarding and performance
  5. Developing picking and onboarding standards
  6. Monitoring the progress of new employees during their first 60 days
  7. Supervising Saturday shifts during picking operations
Compensation and Benefits

  • The salary range is expected to be between $49,500 and $79,000, based on location, skills, experience, and education.
  • Includes paid time off, parental leave, vacation, sick leave, and bereavement leave, subject to eligibility.
  • Offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program, Insurance options, and a Retirement Plan.
Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of administrative support experience
  • Inventory management experience
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Management and supervisory experience preferred
