This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by establishing and maintaining Onboarding Standards for Warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding new hires
  • Hiring Warehouse Employees
  • Implementing process improvements to enhance performance and hiring standards
  • Utilizing visual factory concepts to optimize onboarding and performance
  • Developing picking and onboarding standards
  • Monitoring the progress of new employees during their first 60 days
  • Supervising Saturday picking shifts
Compensation and Benefits
  • Expected salary range: $49,500 - $79,000, based on location, skills, experience, and education
  • Paid time off including parental leave, vacation, sick leave, and bereavement

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Inventory management experience
