Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Spring Hill, TN is seeking a Supply Chain Ops Associate to support cross-dock operations. The role schedules inbound trailers, records material updates in the client system, and acts as a troubleshooter for items that cannot be processed through normal channels.

You will work with Ryder and customer teams to ensure smooth material flow, handle urgent parts, and maintain accurate data in the cross-dock database.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Three (3) years or more experience in the department, required.
• Three (3) years or more experience with customer Inventory Systems (Host systems) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound trailers to the dock.
• Report material on the customer’s system.
• Troubleshoot materials that cannot be processed through normal channels.
• Handle processing of hot parts.
• Field calls and answer questions regarding material flow.
• Update material flow information in the cross-dock database; monitor non-conformance and log issues.
• Ensure smooth material flow through the cross dock and timely information sharing with customer and Ryder teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
