Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a data and intercompany specialist to join a cross-functional team in Highland Heights, KY. You will ensure accurate data, resolve intercompany issues, and drive standardization across the business.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Procurement, leveraging SAP/NetSuite to optimize intercompany workflows and master data integrity. A bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience are preferred.

• SAP or NetSuite proficiency with strength in materials/logistics/supply chain and order entry as well as advanced PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Improve intercompany processes. Lead and improve intercompany processes, driving standardization, efficiency, organizational alignment, and continuous improvement across the business.
• Cross Functional Teams. Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Procurement, Engineering, Commercial, Sales, and Operations to build strong relationships and ensure effective execution.
• Intercompany Transactions. Manage key intercompany transactions, including purchase order creation, purchase requisition conversions, virtual stock postings, dates, invoices, and Order Cockpit activities.
• Maintain Master Data. Maintain intercompany master data and KPIs, ensuring data integrity, organizational alignment, and accurate reporting of operational and financial performance.
• SAP Intercompany Processes. Support and optimize SAP intercompany processes by designing, configuring, testing, and training key users on systems and processes.
