Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management Site Operations Manager

Leads Fort Bliss warehouse and physical-logistics operations, including the CBA-covered workforce, daily throughput, safety, and Acceptance Quality Limit performance. Directs receiving, storage, inventory, MRO/receipt processing, packaging, COSIS, MHE, transportation, discrepancy, turn-in, and property operations. Manages staffing, shift coverage, overtime, safety, and continuity. Manages receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations at Fort Bliss, TX, and provides supply chain management and analysis support at Redstone Arsenal, AL. This includes forecasting, demand planning, data analytics, and process improvement initiatives. Proficient in Army Working Capital Fund (AWCF) and Single Stock Fund (SSF) operations, and performs all supply chain management tasks, including inventory, requisition, material release, transportation, packaging, hazardous material management, and property book oversight.
