Job summary

People, Technology & Processes seeks a Site Operations Manager to lead on-site warehouse and distribution operations at Fort Bliss, TX. A SECRET clearance is required, with extensive DoD property accountability responsibilities and hands-on management of GFP/GFM inventories.

The role oversees receiving, MRO, inventory, and distribution, maintains FAR/DFARS-compliant property control, and ensures proper disposition of assets. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in DoD leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience leading analytical teams.
• 3+ years in DoD leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of all warehouse operations (receiving, MRO, inventory, distribution).
• Manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Maintain a property control system IAW FAR and DFARS, serve as primary hand receipt holder, and assist with GFP inventories and audits.
• Prepare and maintain a complete property control system IAW FAR 45.1 and DFARS 245.1; report all losses via loss tool in GFP Module in PIEE (per 252.245-7002); disposition off-station assets IAW DFARS 252.245-7004; use AR 725-50 and AR 735-5 as guides.
• Establish and maintain a stock control and stock locator system on all Government property in possession; title/ownership remains with the Government.
• Assist with annual GFP/GFM inventories and audits; prepare and deliver property reports IAW CDRL A013, A014, and A015.
• Manage Government-provided incidental property (office space, desks, chairs, telephones, computers, printers, copiers, fax machines) that remains accountable to the Government while being used on-site.
