Topsarge Business Solutions is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Management Site Operations Manager to lead Fort Bliss warehouse and logistics operations, covering receiving, storage, inventory, packaging, and distribution. You will oversee staffing, safety, and continuity while guiding performance and process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in a relevant field.
7+ years physical logistics.
3+ years DoD leadership.
Army warehousing experience including LMP/GCSS-Army/STAMIS, inventory controls, MHE safety, HAZMAT/freight, workforce coordination.
Secret clearance or eligibility.

Responsibilities

Direct Fort Bliss warehouse and physical-logistics operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, packaging, and distribution.
Oversee staffing, shift coverage, overtime, safety, and continuity.
Provide supply chain management support at Fort Bliss, TX and Redstone Arsenal, AL, including forecasting and data analytics.
Perform inventory control, material release, transportation, and property management tasks.
Coordinate with unions and ensure compliance with workforce agreements.
