Job summary

0090 CORP-Corporate Office in South Carolina is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator (Level 3 or 4) to manage production priorities and support workflow in manufacturing. This is strictly an in-office position with no telecommuting options.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supply chain coordination, proficiency in Microsoft 365, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Comprehensive benefits include health insurance and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Manufacturing to prioritize WIP and ensure contractual schedule dates are met.
• Perform necessary SAP and MES transactions.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and shortages.

Supply Chain Operations Coordinator (Level3 or4)

NorthropGrumman – Aeronautics Systems sector – ElSegundo,CA. Position is in‑office; no telecommute or hybrid schedule is available.

Location & Travel

No relocation assistance. No travel required.

Clearance

Secret clearance required upon start; program special access may also be needed.

Essential Functions

• Coordinate with Manufacturing to prioritize WIP and ensure contractual schedule dates are met.
• Use production knowledge to coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, MRB, Industrial Engineering, Shipping, Distribution, and other shop support teams to remove constraints to production.
• Perform necessary SAP and MES transactions to release work orders for Manufacturing, receive parts into inventory, close out manufacturing work orders, and issue parts to the next higher assemblies.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies and shortages; initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Obtain engineered criticality decisions (ECDs) from Manufacturing for critical parts.
• Estimate and log production rates and time expenditures; establish sequence and lead time for each operation to meet shipping dates.
• Obtain and maintain Power Industrial Trucks licenses (Forklift, Reach lift, Electric Cart, etc.) and manage large tooling movements and loading/unloading of tooling from autoclave/stage.

Basic Qualifications (Level3)

• Proficiency with Microsoft365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Lift up to 30lbs.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one.
• Obtain and maintain equipment licensing for electric carts, forklift, and reach lift.
• Obtain and maintain DOD Secret clearance and Program Special Access within a reasonable period after starting.

• High School diploma or equivalent plus 6years of additional education or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Lift up to 30lbs.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one.
• Obtain and maintain equipment licensing for electric carts, forklift, and reach lift.
• Obtain and maintain DOD Secret clearance and Program Special Access within a reasonable period after starting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SAP.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience moving large items on forklift.
• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Active DOD Secret clearance.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and suppliers.

Salary

Level3: $24.71 – $41.15 per hour. Level4: $29.38 – $48.94 per hour. Salary decisions consider role scope and candidate experience.
