Overview

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator Level 2 or 3 to support our team in Clearfield, UT. The role involves manual movement, shipping, and receiving of materials across multiple supply chain disciplines, including manufacturing, logistics, and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, tactical, and execution support within supply chain business processes.
• Perform manual movement, shipping, and receiving of materials.
• Prepare and coordinate required shipping documentation.
• Store, track, and issue inventory as needed.
• Coordinate with Property Management for shipping/receiving tooling and equipment.
• Monitor receipt of items and maintain shipment/receiving records.
• Assist Accounts Payable in processing invoices by providing shipment information.
• Ensure received parts/materials are staged for quality incoming inspection.
• Order needed shipping supplies.
• Use workbooks, procedures, and forms to document activities.

Work Hours

Weekend days (Friday through Sunday).

Qualifications

Level 2

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in shipping/receiving, inventory control, or a manufacturing environment.
• Eligibility to obtain U.S. Government Secret Level clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• Eligibility to obtain special program access.
• Ability to perform moderate strenuous physical work, including bending, stooping, kneeling, carrying tools, and lifting up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.

Level 3

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in shipping/receiving, inventory control, or a manufacturing environment.
• Eligibility to obtain U.S. Government Secret Level clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• Eligibility to obtain special program access.
• Ability to perform moderate strenuous physical work, including bending, stooping, kneeling, carrying tools, and lifting up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift or other freight moving equipment.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks safely.
• Experience setting up shipments or coordinating with transportation brokers.
• Experience with classified white‑glove shipping requirements.
• Experience using an MRP system for storing and issuing inventory.
• Experience with inventory subject to shelf life or out‑time controls.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office for reports, logs, and briefings.
• Hazmat training and experience preferred.

Salary and Benefits

Primary Level Salary Range: $19.57 – $32.64 per hour.
Secondary Level Salary Range: $23.27 – $38.75 per hour.
Base pay may be supplemented with overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses. Employees may also be eligible for long‑term incentives. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, a savings plan, company‑paid holidays, and paid time off.
