Job summary

YQN Logistics is seeking a Supply Chain Operation Coordinator (entry-level) to gain hands-on experience across inventory management, logistics and transportation. You will work with experienced professionals to develop practical supply chain skills and exposure to multiple operations areas.

You’ll join a mentorship-driven team, build analytical and leadership abilities, and contribute to end-to-end processes while growing with the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Interest in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Mandarin/English bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse and distribution center operations.
• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and quality control.
• Support order fulfillment, shipping, and returns processing.
• Analyze operational data and assist with performance tracking.
• Work with cross-functional teams to solve operational challenges.
• Participate in process improvement projects and special assignments.
• Follow company safety and operational procedures.
