Job summary

Tammina is seeking an experienced Information Technology professional in Seattle to support architecture, design, and process detailing across delivery projects. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years IT experience, strong requirements gathering and use-case development skills, and a proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders in a global delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes (3+ years).
• Experience in Requirement gathering & elicitation, defining use cases/work flows, Documenting/Analyzing process flows (3+ years).
• Experience in software development life cycle (3+ years).
• Experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects (3+ years).
• Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience in Retail domain (Merchandising, Supply Chain, Planning, Allocation).
• Analytical, Presentation and Communication skills.
• Experience in Global delivery environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment.
• Experience with project management.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

Basic

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred
