Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain governance for supply chain master data, ensuring data integrity across supplier records, part information, and contractual data.
• Partner with operations, product, and engineering to advocate best practices and build supporting systems and infrastructure for data needs.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams to standardize commodities and parts with category codes.
• Monitor and manage the master data lifecycle from creation to retirement, ensuring data standards and policies are followed.
• Analyze supplier performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support maintenance of contractual data (NDAs, MSAs) ensuring current documentation.
• Implement data control mechanisms to prevent unauthorized access or data corruption.
• Coordinate with IT to align data infrastructure with business needs and governance protocols.
• Assist in developing training materials on master data management.
