Job summary

IMA North America is seeking a mid-level procurement and logistics professional to oversee purchasing, warehouse, and import/export operations. The role focuses on ensuring timely material flow, optimal inventory, and strong vendor performance across the supply chain.

The position reports to leadership and involves collaboration with Engineering and Production to ensure material availability, with hours Mon-Fri, onsite in Leominster, MA. Start date is to be decided, salary not disclosed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, and logistics.
• Experience with import/export compliance and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement activities including vendor selection, price negotiation, and PO processing.
• Coordinate import/export processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and work with carriers for timely delivery.
• Oversee warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory control to support just-in-time operations.
• Lead and coach procurement, warehouse, and logistics staff to meet department goals.
• Investigate issues with vendors and drive continuous improvement in materials flow.
