You’ll collaborate with engineers, scientists, and product managers who will support your growth and give you ownership of meaningful work from day one. This role focuses on cost, speed, and reliability across millions of packages daily.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 1+ years of supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teammates across product, science, and engineering to understand what questions the business needs answered — then design and deliver the data solutions to answer them.
• Build detailed network design recommendations along with maintaining interactive AI dashboards/visualizations that track how the transportation network is performing.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into operational performance, uncover root causes of issues, and recommend improvements backed by data.
• Proactively look for ways to make existing reports and dashboards faster, more accurate, and easier to use.
• Analyze historical trends and key lessons learned from previous experiences to surface insights that support planning and forecasting decisions.
