Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Manager II to design and optimize the North American transportation network using data-driven insights. You will turn complex metrics into actionable plans and partner with product, science, and engineering teams to deliver meaningful results.

You will build network design plans and dashboards to monitor performance, identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve on-time delivery, and support planning and forecasting with deep data analyses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• 3+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders across product, science, and engineering to understand what questions the business needs answered — then design and deliver the data solutions to answer them.
• Build detailed network design recommendations along with maintaining interactive AI dashboards/visualizations that track how the transportation network is performing.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into operational performance, uncover root causes of issues, and recommend improvements backed by data.
• Proactively look for ways to make existing reports and dashboards faster, more accurate, and easier to use.
• Analyze historical trends and key lessons learned from previous experiences to surface insights that support planning and forecasting decisions.
