Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Manager II to translate complex data into actionable network design insights. You will build plans and key metrics to optimize the transportation network, partnering with engineers, scientists, and product managers from day one.

You will deliver data-driven recommendations, maintain interactive dashboards, and conduct deep-dive analyses to drive improvements and better forecasting decisions across the North American network.

Competenze

• 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• 3+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Mansioni

• Partner with internal stakeholders across product, science, and engineering to understand what questions the business needs answered — then design and deliver the data solutions to answer them.
• Build detailed network design recommendations along with maintaining interactive AI dashboards/visualizations that track how the transportation network is performing.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into operational performance, uncover root causes of issues, and recommend improvements backed by data.
• Proactively look for ways to make existing reports and dashboards faster, more accurate, and easier to use.
• Analyze historical trends and key lessons learned from previous experiences to surface insights that support planning and forecasting decisions.
