Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and meet organizational goals.
• Oversee procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
• Coordinate logistics, transportation, and warehousing activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with demand forecasts and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain professionals to achieve departmental goals.
• Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and global supply chain risks to proactively mitigate disruptions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and best practices to streamline processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related role.
• Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes and delivering measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain software (e.g., ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar tools).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with lean principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
