Full-Time Position with Potential for Permanent Conversion

The Senior Manager will lead category management and sourcing for IT & Digital services across a $200M global spend portfolio. This includes software, hardware, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and related services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with the long-term goals
Lead supplier negotiations, contracting, and performance management
Analyze spend and supplier capabilities to optimize value and reduce risk
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
Manage end-to-end sourcing processes from RFX to contract execution
Oversee strategic supplier relationships and ensure delivery on KPIs

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's + 7 years or Master’s + 5 years in global supply chain or business

Preferred:

MBA or advanced degree
5+ years of cross-functional team leadership
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and business judgment skills
Experience leading global sourcing in IT or Digital categories

***Pay Rate- $37-$39/hour
