LHH is actively seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager for a consumer products company in the Lincolnshire area. This is a great opportunity to have a highly visable and impactful role with a stable and growing company with both domestic and international operations. This is an ONSITE opportunity.

The primary responsibilities for this role include

• Work with domestic and international stakeholders to create and implement strategies address all areas of the supply chain
• Risk identification and mitigation, ensuring smooth movement and product availablity throughout the supply chain
• Develop and implement KPIs
• Monitor material availability and finished goods to ensure that customer demands are being met
• Use departmental reporting to identify CI opportunities, strategize and implement projects to close gaps
• Work interdepartmental on cost savings, benchmarking and strategy
• Additional duties as needed

The ideal candidate profile will have the following qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain management in CPG or Food/Beverage
• ERP experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Lean processes and principles
• Negociation and stakeholder management experience
