Job summary

Dizario Search is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to lead material flow within our Indiana-based manufacturing facility. You will ensure availability of materials to meet production schedules and manage a team of planners, coordinators, and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of supply chain experience with a degree, or 10+ years without.
• Experience with SAP, supply chain planning, material/inventory management, capacity/cost planning.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the plant has materials to meet production schedules.
• Lead a team of up to six employees (planners, supervisors, coordinators).
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid excess.
• Coordinate with outside suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to lead the flow of materials and products throughout our manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Making sure the plant has the materials it needs to meet production schedules.
• Leading a team of up to six employees, including planners, warehouse supervisors, and coordinators.
• Monitoring inventory levels so the business has enough materials without carrying unnecessary excess.
• Working with outside suppliers to ensure materials arrive on time and resolve any delivery issues.
• Coordinating with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to keep operations running efficiently.
• Looking for ways to improve processes, reduce costs, and eliminate delays.
• Using data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Promoting a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Coaching and developing team members to help them succeed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 5 years of relevant supply chain experience with a bachelor's degree, or 10+ years of experience without a degree.
• Experience with:
• SAP
• Supply chain planning
• Material and inventory management
• Capacity and cost planning
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
