Job summary

Marand US Holdings, a leading aerospace and defense manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, production planning, inventory, logistics and warehouse operations.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will manage a small team, optimize supplier performance, drive inventory reductions, use M1 ERP for forecasting and reporting, and partner with cross-functional groups to sustain on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain leadership.
• Experience with MRP/ERP and production planning.
• Aerospace/defense manufacturing experience a plus.
• US person for export controls (ITAR).

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, material planning, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with production schedules and deliveries.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance.
• Drive inventory optimization while maintaining readiness and service levels.
• Utilize M1 ERP for forecasting, planning, reporting, and decision support.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for procurement and planning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory obligations.

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, production planning, inventory control, logistics, and warehouse operations. This role ensures material availability, supports manufacturing and customer delivery objectives, optimizes inventory investment, and drives continuous improvement across the supply chain.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Supply Chain Manager will lead a team of three and collaborate closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Program Management, and Finance to support business objectives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Lead all supply chain activities including purchasing, material planning, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support operational performance, production schedules, and customer delivery commitments.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance related to quality, delivery, responsiveness, and cost.
• Drive inventory optimization initiatives while maintaining production readiness and customer service levels.
• Utilize M1 ERP and related systems to support forecasting, planning, reporting, and decision-making.
• Establish, monitor, and improve key performance indicators for procurement, inventory, and material planning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory obligations

Desired Skills and Experience

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, materials management, purchasing, planning, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems, production planning, inventory control, procurement, and supplier management.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with M1 ERP is preferred.
• APICS/CPIM certification is a strong advantage.
• Aerospace and defense manufacturing experience is a strong advantage.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person in accordance with applicable export control regulations, including ITAR.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Physical ability to perform the inherent requirements of the role.
