Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory planning and replenishment strategies to optimize stock and minimize excess.
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts from historical trends and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, procurement, and warehouse teams.
  • Monitor inventory performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
  • Utilize ERP systems to manage inventory, planning, purchasing, and reporting.
  • Analyze supply chain data using Advanced Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders for procurement and schedules.
  • Lead supply planning to balance demand, capacity, and inventory targets.
  • Develop KPIs related to inventory accuracy, forecast accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve scalability.
  • Support new product launches and cross-functional initiatives affecting inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and standards.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field
6+ years of progressive supply chain, inventory planning, demand planning, or operations experience

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory management, procurement coordination, and logistics execution. This role is responsible for ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory levels, improving operational efficiency, and supporting business growth within a fast-paced consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, experienced with ERP systems, and capable of leveraging data to drive informed supply chain decisions and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory planning and replenishment strategies to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts by analyzing historical trends, sales data, seasonality, and business initiatives.
  • Partner with sales, operations, finance, procurement, and warehouse teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
  • Monitor inventory performance metrics, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to improve service levels and inventory turns.
  • Utilize ERP systems to manage inventory, planning, purchasing, and reporting processes.
  • Analyze supply chain data using Advanced Excel and other reporting tools to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support procurement activities, production schedules, and inventory requirements.
  • Lead supply planning efforts to balance customer demand, production capacity, and inventory targets.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy, forecast accuracy, service levels, and supply chain efficiency.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve scalability.
  • Support new product launches, promotional planning, and other cross-functional initiatives impacting inventory and supply planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and inventory control standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive supply chain, inventory planning, demand planning, or operations experience.
  • Prior experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is required.
  • Strong experience with inventory management, forecasting, and supply planning processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to analyze large datasets, create models, and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience working with ERP systems in a supply chain, inventory, or planning environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience developing and monitoring supply chain KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional business partnering skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives is preferred.
