Job summary

Spectra360 is recruiting a Supply Chain Manager for our client in New Jersey. You will lead North American strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and contract manufacturing partnerships, with real influence on cost, quality, and growth.

Regular in-person collaboration at the New Jersey headquarters is expected. Travel 25–40% (domestic and international), including Asia, is anticipated as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Experience with North American OEM suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• ERP experience; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and negotiate with suppliers and contract manufacturers for pricing, quality, and delivery
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives and lead cost-reduction efforts
• Run quarterly supplier reviews and performance improvement plans
• Coordinate logistics, inventory, and distribution with 3PLs and facilities
• Conduct supplier audits and partner with Engineering and Quality to resolve issues
• Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure trade, tariff, and ethical sourcing compliance
• Turn supply chain data into recommendations for leadership
• Collaborate with teams across North America and Asia, reporting to the VP

Salary: $110,000–$135,000 annually

Travel: 25–40% (domestic and international)

What you will do:

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives and lead cost-reduction efforts
• Run quarterly supplier business reviews and performance improvement plans
• Coordinate logistics, inventory, and distribution with 3PLs and manufacturing facilities
• Conduct supplier audits and partner with Engineering and Quality to resolve issues
• Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure trade, tariff, and ethical sourcing compliance
• Turn supply chain data into recommendations for leadership
• Collaborate with teams across North America and Asia, reporting to the VP of Product Line Management

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
• Experience working with North American OEM suppliers and contract manufacturers (required)
• Proven negotiation, analytical, and supplier relationship management skills
• Experience in a multinational or multicultural environment
• ERP experience; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred

Regular in-person collaboration at the New Jersey headquarters is expected, and office-based candidates are strongly preferred. Travel includes North American supplier and manufacturing sites, plus occasional trips to Asia (China and the Philippines).
