Job Summary

The Supply Chain Manager manages key supply chain functions such as materials planning, scheduling, and ordering, material purchasing, inventory control and warehousing by performing the following duties.

Essential Functions
  • Manages and directs supply chain staff to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders while maintaining assigned inventory levels.
  • Trains and educates staff on the use of supply chain management techniques, various business systems, varieties of reports and other related tools to ensure timely and economical completion of customer requirements.
  • Analyzes existing procedures and opportunities for streamlining activities to meet manufacturing needs.

Required
  • Analysis, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills

Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 or more years of production control / scheduling experience
  • Experience with aerospace, defense, and / or semiconductor industries
  • Direct supervisory experience with a passion for leadership and team development
  • Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) and / or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
Hours

7:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Compensation

The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $93,641 to $124,855. The exact salary may be determined on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education.
