Job summary

Top Us is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for McAllen, TX, to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including transportation, warehousing, and customer service. The role requires coordinating with customers, suppliers, forwarders, 3PL warehouses, and our Headquarters in Japan.

You will establish new process flows and drive continuous optimization of logistics quality, cost, and delivery. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in supply chain management, experience in procurement and distribution,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain management.
• Experience in supply chain, procurement, and distribution industry is preferred.
• Japanese (for HQ communication) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end supply chain operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, forwarders/couriers, 3PL warehouses, and HQ in Japan.
• Establish process flows for new business initiatives and optimize logistics quality, cost, and delivery.
• Build and lead a supply chain team with structured training to maximize operational efficiency.
• Maintain a safe working environment while overseeing office operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal standards, and company policies.
• Adhere to international import/export laws and customs regulations, staying updated on regulatory changes.
