Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead all warehouse and distribution activities onsite. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, safety compliance, and continuous process improvement.

You will supervise staff, coordinate logistics with carriers, and drive KPI performance while ensuring OSHA compliance and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations experience.
  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Experience managing shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment.
  • Background in high-volume distribution or warehouse environments.
  • Experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and meet operational KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse personnel to ensure productivity and accountability.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and system controls.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers, vendors, and customers.
  • Monitor KPIs including order accuracy, shipping performance, inventory accuracy, labor utilization, and on-time delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
  • Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping issues, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Manage staffing levels and labor planning to meet business demands.
  • Collaborate with purchasing, customer service, and sales teams to support company objectives.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and facility organization.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide management with performance updates and recommendations.

Job description

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing all warehouse and distribution activities, including receiving, inventory control, shipping, transportation coordination, staff supervision, and operational efficiency.   • Experience with WMS, ERP, and inventory management systems.
  • Understanding of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
