Duotech Services is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Management Professional with a strong background in the defense technology sector. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of relevant experience focused on developing and optimizing supplier relationships, sourcing components for military-grade electronic systems down to the circuit-card level, and applying buyer expertise to drive down bill of material (BOM) costs. This individual will play a key role in strengthening our supply chain operations and ensuring the timely procurement of high-quality components for mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, manage, and optimize supplier relationships within the defense technology ecosystem.
• Source, evaluate, and procure components for military-grade electronic systems, including circuit-card-level parts and assemblies.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives through strategic negotiation, supplier performance analysis, and deep knowledge of buyer best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date BOMs, identifying opportunities to reduce costs or improve component performance.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, program management, and production teams to meet schedule, quality, and technical requirements.
• Conduct supplier assessments and support audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
• Monitor market trends, supply chain risks, and availability of specialized components to inform sourcing strategies.
• Manage purchase orders, supplier performance metrics, and logistics coordination.
• Support continuous improvement activities across the supply chain function.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain, procurement, or supplier management within the defense technology sector.
• Demonstrated expertise sourcing components for military-grade electronics and circuit-card assemblies.
• Proven ability to drive BOM cost reductions through negotiation, supplier optimization, and strategic sourcing.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in business administration, supply chain management, or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of defense industry supplier regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing or repair/overhaul environment supporting defense systems.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain analytics tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
