Job summary

Continuum Solutions seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize all facets of our supply chain for a growing electrical equipment manufacturer. You will guide forecasting, Kanban, PFEP, and inventory control, while supervising Analysts and Associates to deliver measurable improvements in inventory turnover and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Strong expertise in inventory management, forecasting, material planning, and warehouse operations.
  • Proven success leading teams and driving organizational change.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Supply Chain team, including Analysts and Associates.
  • Establish departmental goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
  • Drive strategic initiatives that improve inventory performance, material flow, and operational efficiency.
  • Support long-term supply chain planning and organizational growth objectives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee material forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment strategies.
  • Manage Kanban systems, PFEP development, and inventory control processes.
  • Monitor inventory health, safety stock levels, min-max settings, and material availability.
  • Evaluate material requirements and communicate forecasts to Purchasing teams.
  • Develop strategies that optimize inventory turnover while minimizing holding costs.
  • Develop and monitor supply chain KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Analyze inventory trends, pricing, stock levels, and operational costs.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for senior leadership using advanced analytics tools.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Support executive decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead warehouse optimization initiatives, layout redesigns, and process improvements.
  • Evaluate material handling processes and inventory workflows.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance, efficiency, and process effectiveness.
  • Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.
  • Implement technology solutions that improve visibility, automation, and scalability.
  • Partner with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, Engineering, and Operations teams.
  • Lead regular cross-functional meetings to align supply chain priorities.
  • Mentor team members and support professional development initiatives.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and succession planning activities.
  • Support organizational initiatives through strategic planning and operational leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
  • Promote safe material handling and warehouse practices.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and responsible inventory management.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry requirements.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead supply chain operations for a growing electrical equipment manufacturer and drive material flow excellence across the organization. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing inventory strategy, forecasting, Kanban systems, PFEP development, warehouse optimization, and supply chain performance initiatives. What You'll Do
Strategic Supply Chain Leadership

What You Bring

  • Proven success leading teams and driving organizational change.
  • Advanced analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPSM certification.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
  • Experience with ERP platforms (e.g., Global Shop Solutions, SAP, Epicor, or similar).
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or advanced business intelligence tools.
