Aston Carter is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Frederick, MD to lead inventory control, purchasing procedures, and cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing sites. You will supervise Buyers and other staff, drive metrics, and improve on-time production while reducing on-hand inventory.
Requirements include 5+ years in contract manufacturing, supervisory experience, strong Excel/Access skills, and a proven track record in negotiating with suppliers and optimizing supply chains.
Responsible for management of inventory and purchasing procedures, determining supply needs, purchase supplies and materials according to specifications and supervise receiving procedures across multiple manufacturing sites. Manage and ensure collaboration among staff focused on purchasing, materials management and configuration management.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
