Maverick Transportation, LLC is launching a Supply Chain Management Candidate program in North Little Rock, Arkansas. This training track prepares you to advance into roles such as Extended Services Rep, Fleet Manager, Area Logistics Manager or Account Manager after successful completion.

Ideal candidates have some exposure to operations or logistics, strong customer service skills, and a four-year degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Background in operations or logistics preferred.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent.
• 0 to 6 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Works with Operations to learn how to manage, assign, monitor and direct Drivers.
• Works with Logistics to provide customer service support for daily transportation activities.
• Collaborates with Dedicated Operations to ensure optimum asset utilization and meet customer needs.
• Learn to control costs by following guidelines for swaps, out of routes, T-Calls and repowers.
• Generate accurate weekend pay report.
• Communicate effectively and build professional relationships with customers, Drivers and management.
