Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in rental operations or outside sales is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to train and develop others and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help customers determine equipment needs and explain rental options.
• Inspect trailers for damage or issues using handheld devices.
• Manage customer accounts, including credit and collections tasks.
• Verify customer insurance coverage and compliance.
• Coordinate repair work with vendors and mechanics as needed.
• Use technology to conduct inventories and manage equipment.
• Occasionally travel to other branches and corporate headquarters for orientation and cross-training.
