CJ OLIVE YOUNG USA is seeking a dedicated SCM Specialist to manage consolidated POs andInbound supply chain operations for our U.S. branch, ensuring timely inventory across online and offline touchpoints.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, able to handle large SKU portfolios, prevent stockouts, and collaborate with cross-functional and global HQ teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Demand Forecasting, Ordering, Inventory Control and Logistics Management.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Korean for business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, SCM, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage consolidated purchase orders to suppliers based on combined demand from online and offline channels.
• Coordinate inbound shipments from vendors to the Distribution Center (DC) and allocate inventory.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules and OTIF inbound inventory flow.
• Cultivate high-performing communication loops with suppliers to resolve discrepancies, delays, and capacity issues.

About the Role

OLIVE YOUNG US is seeking a dedicated SCM professional to manage consolidated purchase orders (PO) and inbound supply chain operations for our U.S. branch. This role is critical in aligning supplier capabilities with our omnichannel demand, ensuring seamless, timely inventory availability, and minimizing lost sales opportunities across all online and offline touchpoints.

The ideal candidate is an agile, data-driven supply chain professional who can manage large-scale SKU portfolios, proactively prevent stockouts, and collaborate closely with cross-functional and global HQ teams.

Key Responsibilities

• PO Management: Create and manage consolidated purchase orders to suppliers based on combined demand from both online and offline (store) channels.
• Inbound Coordination: Coordinate inbound shipments from vendors to the Distribution Center (DC), ensuring optimal inventory allocation.
• Logistics Monitoring: Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and achieve high On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) inbound inventory flow.
• Supplier Relations: Cultivate high-performing communication loops with suppliers to rapidly resolve order discrepancies, delays, and capacity issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in Demand Forecasting, Ordering, Inventory Control, and Logistics Management.
• Language: Professional working proficiency in both English and Korean (Capable of conducting business seamlessly in both languages).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry Background: Background in e-Commerce and/or the Retail industry is strongly preferred, with deep understanding of retail supply chain dynamics beyond traditional manufacturing/3PL logistics.
• SKU Management: Proven experience managing large-scale SKU portfolios and complex inventory allocation operations.
• Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with other SCM planning tools or systems is a plus.
• Soft Skills: High motivation for growth, with a proactive mindset to take on increasing responsibility and new challenges.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods during store and warehouse visits, with the capability to occasionally lift or move items up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Understanding that work schedules, hours, and locations may fluctuate depending on the operational needs of retail stores and the distribution center.
