Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC seeks a qualified consultant for Supply Chain Management (SCM) with strong SAP S/4HANA WAM expertise in the energy and utilities sector. The role requires leading projects, delivering end-to-end SAP solutions, and coordinating with stakeholders on complex deployments.

Candidates should have hands-on WAM experience, knowledge of ISU modules, and a background in utilities processes.

Qualifications

• Gas Utilities implementation experience including operations, regulatory requirements, GIS applications.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA Work and Asset Management across multiple commodities with end-to-end deployments.
• Experience with WAM processes and integrating SAP with other applications for end-to-end solutions.
• Strong leadership: plan, manage resources, deliver on time and within budget.
• Deep knowledge of Energy and Utilities industry.
• Familiarity with AI models and cybersecurity and data privacy principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage resources across SAP implementations.
• Deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA WAM deployments from prep to go-live.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, cost and quality targets.
• Coordinate with utilities clients and stakeholders for successful integration.

Job Description

• Gas Utilities Implementation Experience: Understanding of Gas Transmission and Distribution operations, crew management, FERC accounting, regulatory requirements, capital construction, and GIS applications.
• Professional Expertise with SAP S/4HANA: Hands‑on SAP expertise in SAP S/4HANA Work and Asset Management (WAM) with multiple commodities (e.g., electric, gas, water, wastewater), and with knowledge of the other WAM processes (Field Service Management (FSM), Mobility) and SAP ISU (Device/Work Management) with a minimum of 4 end‑to‑end implementations (two specifically in the Energy and Utilities Industry) from project preparation to go-live as a Management Consultant or Solution Architect.
• SAP Expert Level Process Knowledge: Experience with WAM business processes and workflows, and the ability to integrate these operations processes with SAP and other applications to provide end‑to‑end solutions.
• Leadership and Project Management Skills: Team leadership skills, including implementation methods, developing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and required quality standards.
• Deep Industry Knowledge: Foundation‑level industry knowledge in Energy and Utilities.
• AI and Cybersecurity Knowledge: Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence models, their use in SAP implementation and knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy principles.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with other Business Processes and SAP Modules: SAP MM, IM, WM, PM, and PS; SAP Industry for Utilities (ISU), SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerPlan.
• Familiarity with Cloud Computing Platforms: Including IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies: Hands‑on experience with project management methodologies like Agile.
