Job summary

ETHEREUM TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Consultant with 5–7 years of overall experience and a minimum of 2 years in Utilities. You will lead implementations, tailor modules for Utilities operations, and collaborate with clients to optimize supply chain processes.

You will design solutions, draft specs, and ensure successful deployment while staying current on Oracle releases and Utilities best practices. Plano, TX on‑site opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Supply Chain or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules.
• At least 2 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation experience in Utilities.
• Deep expertise in at least two SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Product Hub, Manufacturing, Planning).
• Proven track record of 2 end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations in Utilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation and upgrade projects in Utilities.
• Analyze business processes with Utilities stakeholders and translate into Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
• Configure and customize SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Product Hub, Manufacturing, Planning).
• Facilitate workshops to gather needs and resolve project issues for Utilities clients.
• Develop functional specs, test scripts, user docs, and training materials for Utilities processes.
• Coordinate with ERP/Finance and third‑party systems for seamless integrations.
• Provide post‑implementation support and continuous process improvement for Utilities SCM.
• Stay current on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM features, releases, and Utilities best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, hands‑on implementation skills, and a proven track record supporting Utilities sector clients.

You will be responsible for advising clients, designing industry‑specific solutions, and ensuring the successful deployment and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM systems for Utilities organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation and upgrade projects within the Utilities sector, from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
• Collaborate with Utilities clients and stakeholders to analyze business processes, challenges, and requirements, translating them into effective Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules, including—but not limited to—Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Product Hub, Manufacturing, and Planning, tailored to Utilities industry requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business needs, demonstrate proposed solutions, and resolve project‑related issues for Utilities clients.
• Develop functional specifications, test scripts, user documentation, and training materials with a focus on Utilities‑specific processes.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure integrations with other business applications (ERP, Finance, third‑party systems) are seamless and compliant with Utilities industry standards.
• Provide ongoing post‑implementation support, issue resolution, and process enhancement for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions in the Utilities sector.
• Remain current on the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM features, releases, Utilities industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain , or related discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules.
• At least 2 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation experience within the Utilities industry is mandatory.
• Deep expertise in at least two Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules (e.g., Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Product Hub, Manufacturing, Procurement), with practical Utilities industry application.
• Proven track record of at least two end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, with demonstrated Utilities sector projects.
• Strong understanding of Utilities business processes, compliance, and reporting requirements as they pertain to supply chain operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture, security, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related middleware tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Oracle Cloud SCM certifications and/or Utilities industry certifications are highly desirable.
